Owners Rates - As of February, 2005 owner rates are $60 per night Sunday through Thursday, $80 per night Friday and Saturday and $125 per night on Holidays and Holiday weekends. Holidays are New Years Eve, Martin Luther King's Birthday, Valentine's Day*, President's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Veteran's Day. In the event that the holiday falls on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, the holiday rate shall apply to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights. Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas are excluded and the rate is $80. This privilege is applicable to owners and family only, with family being defined as owners, parents and/or children. Rates are available on a space available basis only and may not be requested prior to 30 days of arrival. No more than two units may be rented at any time by any one owner. Owner Rate reservations are based on studio units that accommodate two privately or four individuals maximum. Upgrading unit size may be requested at the time of reservation but may not be confirmed until check-in, so please plan accordingly. These rates are subject to change
